Lean Mean Carving Machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the product arrived the first thing I noticed was how nice the package looked. I opened the box and the case was durable and elegant looking. The carving knife and fork looked and felt durable. Everything fit nicely in the case. I first used the carving knife and fork for a small chicken we made. worked great to cut even slices, the fork helped since it was hot and fresh. I used the set a separate night for a pork roast made, again worked amazing to cut and separate with the fork. They are a great size to fit in your hands as well as store nicely in small spaces as our kitchen doesn't have much storage. I will definitely be looking forward to using this for thanksgiving this year and Christmas.

This knife works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am writing this review for the Oster Electric Knife. I was very satisfied with my knife. It comes in a nice hard-sided storage case and the blades detach from the handle for easy storage and cleaning. The knife also comes with a large fork which worked great for holding the meat in place while cutting. The first time I used the knife was on a pot roast. The knife cut smoothly and cleanly through the roast. I was impressed by the control I had while using the knife, previous electric knives I had used felt like I was fighting the knife for control. I also have tried the knife on a loaf of bread and was again very satisfied with how it worked. The knife cut the bread neatly without shredding the bread in the process. The only concern I had with the knife was how it might do on a really tough cut off meat as the blades were a bit flexible and not as solid as a non-detachable blade, but I did not have any problems with this when I have used the knife. I received this product as a sample to review.
