Oh my God! This toilet turns out has a "round" bowl, Not oblong like I thought it was when I read the toilet was "elongated." The toilet seat is so small that literally is just enough room to drop the waste with No room to take care of the paperwork. I'd send the toilet back but did not know the toilet bowl was round until the installer pulled it from the box and then frankly it is too late to return the toilet as my installer would charge for showing up! Too much expense to lose. Shame on Horow, which I found out is American Standard brand. They should be ashamed of themselves for making and selling such a HORRIBLE toilet. If American Standard would pay for the removal and return and pay for the new installation, I'd exchange the toilet for an oblong shaped toilet! I am Highly, Highly disappointed and am suffering from buyers REMORSE! Ill Never buy Horow nor American Standard again. Also, did research this toilet before I bought it and it had great reviews But it does Not work for me and my family, but we are stuck with it.
