ABSURD AND UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!

If I could give this order a 0 I would. It showed these items were delivered and they were NOT! Walmart's customer service was less than satisfactory when I called about it. AI answering the call is completely absurd with no resolution. When I did in fact talk to someone they said they processed a refund when in fact they did not. Told me they did but the email only stated a new delivery date and I would have to wait another 48 hours. This is also absurd because you cannot have a different delivery date for items already showing as being delivered. I was also told this is a 3rd party vender from China and they use their own delivery service and there's nothing Walmart can do. Again, ABSURD! I don't care where they come from or how they are delivered. I went to Walmart website and all correspondence (emails) have been from Walmart and as far as I am concerned Walmart is responsible for getting my items that have been paid for to me as stated.
