The wiping rod is made of polypropylene as raw material, and the head is made of continuous filament polyester fiber as raw material and purified in a clean room. It has the characteristics of extremely low dust generation, strong liquid absorption, softness and cleanliness. The perfect edge closure and thermal radiation technology allow the head to be successfully attached to the handle, avoiding the contamination associated with the use of adhesives.
Function:
1. Wipe the head to take microfiber and clean it without dust;
2. Very low dust generation;
3. Filament fiber wiping head, no adhesive;
4. Fixing on the PP rod by heat sealing;
5. Vacuum chamber vacuum packaging;
6. Can be used to wipe various reagents and solutions.
7. Scope of application: medicine, cosmetics, electronic photoelectric clean room and other industries
8. It can be wiped with a solvent such as IPA or acetone;
9. Lubricants and other liquids can be applied.
