These Builder Series tailpipes are constructed from 2.50 in. mandrel-bent 16-gauge aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow, tuck up high in the chassis for good clearance and exit straight-out the back under the rear bumper. Designed to be used with Side Inlet/Center Outlet mufflers such as part# 942546 (Super 44 Series) or 942551 (50 Series) mufflers. Covered by our 3-year Limited Warranty. Note: Not designed to fit in factory bumper cutouts. Some fitment may be necessary. Does Not include installation hardware or exhaust tips. Does not fit cars with staggered shocks.;

Fits well enough.

I bought these for my '68 Cougar. They stick out about 10" past the valence so they'll need to be trimmed. However, they are mandrel bent which makes for nice, smooth flow.
