Love the seats. I don't think I would have ever been comfortable with a rear mount seat. My daughter is 10 months but already runs so she definitely has the strength for sitting in the seat but she did get exhausted sooner than 2 year old from the helmet and no way to lean back.

I love to go on bike rides with my 2 older boys but couldn't often because I also have a 1 yr old who obviously cannot ride a bike. I read the reviews before buying and have to say I was concerned because a lot of people were saying about their knees hitting the seat. I figured if I had trouble I would just return it. I would NEVER return this. I am only 5'3'' and I have no trouble with my legs hitting the seat and I can reach around my son with no trouble. I love this and now we can all ride together. My son really enjoys riding and thinks he is steering the bike. We have so much fun. The product went together very easily even on my mountain bike and comes with the tools you will need. No regrets here and we ride almost every day.

So it came quite fast. easy to install, please note that my baby is around 10 months old, he weights around 25 pounds and almost 30 inches, i definitively recommended for infants, rather that toddlers, since it can get snuggle really quick. If you have a big baby, i would suggest to purchase another model.
