The flavor is good, but the bars I got were EXTREMELY hard and felt like I might break a tooth trying to eat them. I ended up smashing them into small bits and mixing into my yogurt and letting them soften up a bit and then they were really good, a nice addition to yogurt so I feel like I am chewing something. Will buy them again to add to my yogurt.
