Do not use for the treatment of influenza or allergies. This product is intended only to reduce the duration of the common cold and provide relief of cold and flu symptoms. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking minocycline, doxycycline, tetracycline or are on Coumadin (warfarin) therapy, zinc treatment may inhibit the absorption of these medicines. When using this product do not take on an empty stomach (to avoid minor stomach upset) Stop use and ask your doctor if symptoms persist more than 7 days. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Dosage
Take one lozenge at the onset of symptoms.
Instructions
Adults and children 12 years and over. Take Cold-Eeze when you have cold symptoms. Completely dissolve a lozenge in mouth (do not chew). Repeat every 2-4 hours as needed until all symptoms subside. Recommended daily dosage is 6 lozenges for adults and 4 lozenges for ages 12-17. Children under 12 years of age should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not take lozenges on an empty stomach to avoid possible minor stomach upset. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Store in a cool, dry place after opening; best if used within 6 months after opening. Product may produce a laxative effect.

The lozengers work fantastic!
I think these work fantastic. I use them at the first sign of a cold, or coughing. I usually only need to use 1 lozenger and see great results within an hour after using it. It takes my cough away completely. They work excellent on controlling a cough. I highly recommend only the lozengers. I have tried the quick melts, but never had any success with the quick melts.

Take one every 2 hours starting when u first notice a cold coming on. Works like a miracle. Love these. The sugar free version (this one) is best. Sugar can feed and encourage the little germs that the lozenges are trying to kill.
