[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GE 12 Volt Refrigerator works great I tested freezer & frig with thermometer after 24 hours turning on 0 degrees in frezezer 35 degrees in frig set on cold the middle setting ambient temp outside was 71 degrees during daytime . I took out old absorption style that came factory with camper . Now with this GE 12 Volt refrigerant we can have anything we would have in our home refrigerator. . Worth every penny & the effort of installing . A++ Product From GE

Major RV improvement !

This 12v unit's 9.8cuft space and the door layout and shelving provide everything we need for extended travels in our RV. It is relatively lightweight and was easy to install once I removed the existing small 3-way fridge and removed the expansion panel above. It cooled quickly and stays cold. I suggest you don't remove the tapes securing the doors until it is installed. The only wish list item is for GE to offer a trim kit to cover the brackets that secure it to the RV.
