Great Value sweetened coconut. Always fresh, stores well, long shelf life. Nothing to dislike if you are a coconut lover. Which my husband is. Many uses..Probably not as moist as name brand but great to sprinkle in and on almost all food. I like my coconut cake to be topped with frozen coconut but it's hard to find. So I sometimes add a tiny bit of milk to moisten this.

Great Value Coconut Flakes are my favorite on the market. There sweetness level is not overpowering or sickly sweet. It's complimentary. The texture holds up whether you are baking in cookies or cooking it in a pudding recipe. I use it mostly in my yogurt to give it texture, which helps me to eat something really good for me. When I stumbled upon this six pack of coconut flakes I didn't even hesitate. It really is the best value if you are a high consumer of coconut, or if you like to keep it on your pantry shelf.
