Miralax powder doesn't really work for me , I have ibs-c but these do for some reason. Start off with two and work your way up to 4 or you will get gas.

I Bought bottle to try. Love them for ease of use vs powdered version. Their gummies come in 2 flavors orange great tasting other darker not as tasty, but r definitely easier than mixing messy powders to liquids daily. I highly recommend of course label suggests 3 gummies a day for adult so the bottle of 72 won't last long as powdered mix. Still I like this option especially traveling.
