Osmocote® Smart-Release® Plant Food Plus Outdoor & Indoor is an all-in-one solution for the serious gardener. One application contains 11 essential nutrients and feeds up to 6 months. It works with virtually all plant varieties and growing conditions. Each granule is coated with a unique resin that controls nutritional release. The coating utilizes the natural principle of osmosis and is activated by soil temperature. More nutrients are released during warmer, active growing periods. Plants get what they need when they need it. Suggested usage: cuttings and seedlings, when repotting containers, annuals and perennials, and acid loving plants like azaleas. Available in 2 lb. bottles and 8 lb. bags. A 2 lb. bottle feeds up to 75 sq. ft. or 38 gallons of potting soil. An 8 lb. bag feeds up to 300 sq. ft. or 151 gallons of potting soil. For easy application, a spoon (2 lb. bottle) or scoop (8 lb. bag) is included in each package.
