Instructions
1. Fold at least once to make a pack sized for desired application and saturate with Castor Oil (organic is best). 2. Position pack over affected area, then cover with a piece of plastic and heating pad** if desired. 3. Allow pack to remain for an hour or more. After pack is removed, cleanse skin with solution of baking soda and water (1 tsp. to a pint) or use Castor Clean Towelettes. 4. Store in a plastic bag or other container in a cool, dry place. 5. Use packs daily or for 2-3 consecutive days each week until results are obtained. **Avoid falling asleep with a heating pad on.

Very well made
I bought this thinking it was loose fabric where I could cut it to different sizes but it's not. It's sewn together in a perfect pack for your liver for example. Fabric is of good quality and sewing is also. I only washed it so far. I didn't get a chance to test it out with the castor oil yet.
