I have been using lipoic acid for 35 years

I have been using lipoic acid for 35 years, so I take its effect for granted. A long time ago, lipojevaja kislota was available from the Soviet Union. The Russian drug contained only 150 mg per day and its effect was astounding. There were people who thought I was 20 years old, even though I was already 32 years old. I currently take 600 mg of LA per day, or alternate it with Na-RALA.

Excellent!

Alpha-lipoic acid is a remarkable antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress and free radical damage. It also helps recycle and extend the benefits of other antioxidants like vitamins C and E. I take one capsule twice daily and can really feel the benefits. Within just a couple weeks, I noticed improved energy levels and mental clarity. Able to cross the blood-brain barrier where it provides antioxidant protection to the brain and nervous system. My skin also has a more youthful glow since starting this supplement. It is stabilized to ensure maximum potency and absorption by the body. I trust Doctor's Best for very high quality supplements.
