Emerson Quiet Kool 35 Pint Dehumidifier for Rooms up to 80% Humidity in White - Auto-Shutoff & Timer

We live in Florida where it is extremely humid right now and we put this dehumidifier in our garage which is for the most part uninhabitable at this time of the year. Unfortunately in this area most washer/dryers are in garages so we do have to go into the garage from time to time. It has pulled out one full bucket of distilled water just about every day and you can feel the difference. I hope it also helps with avoiding some of the damage that the intense humidity can cause to the things we have stored in the garage. It will bring the humidity down from 80% to 50% without a problem. One benefit is it supplies us with plenty of distilled water to top off our golf cart. We will never have to buy distilled water again.

This humidifier is just what I needed. It's attractive, easy to operate, especially here in Florida. I wouldn't say that it's exactly whisper quiet, but it's much more tolerable than the 2 smaller ones that my mother has. It shows the amount of humidity in the room and runs until it's the right amount for the area it's being used in. Surprisingly, it does a great job of cooling a large area, so I'm anxious to see if its lowered my bill. The wheels make it easy to roll anywhere you want it.
