Maxxis Ceros MU08
OVERVIEW
The Maxxis Ceros MU08 is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for ATVs and UTVs.
The model features a directional block placement, which upgrades the controllability. These tread elements enable the tire's surface contact while the tires are in motion, which upgrades the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The directional block pattern also helps to improve the braking ability, as the stronger traction shortens the stopping distance. The combination of these improvements enables the driver's full control over the vehicle.
The directional tread block placement and high void ratio also greatly increase the versatile terrain traction. They provide the needed traction on medium to hard terrain surfaces. These tread elements guarantee the tire's consistent forward motion at all times. The high void ratio and open shoulder pattern keep the footprint clean of mud, snow, and rocks. In other words, stone retention is prevention, as rocks cannot drill into the tread area. Mud and snow are unable to block the surface contact during the tire's performance, which further improves the driving safety levels.
The Ceros MU08 features a radial construction. This structure enables the tire to maintain its ideal shape at all times, even during the tire's versatile terrain traction. As a result, the tire is able to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease, while also absorbing the shock of driving during its performance. This greatly boosts the load capacity, while ensuring a smoother and more comfortable driving experience.
When it comes to ATV tires, there might be slight visual differences between brands and models even if the tires are of the same size.
NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE: This tire model is not DOT-approved for highway use.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
