I LIKE TO SAVE MONEY

I did an online search for a trailer tire the same size as my existing tire. I got lots of results but on the right hand side of my page were ads and Wal*Mart's caught my eye. I brought it up and there was the same brand tire of the same exact size mounted on the same wheel. The price wasn't much more than what it cost me to install a tire only on the existing wheel of my other trailer. BUT there were TWO (2) on the Wal*Mart site. Must be a mistake I thought. I figured it was worth the risk as the wheel and tire alone was so close to the cost of the tire I had replaced earlier. I could keep the best "existing" wheel and tire for a spare as I had no spare. Delivery was right to the door. All I had to do was change the wheel and tire in the yard. Even fit with this Corona Virus bs. TWO wheels with tires mounted on them arrived, ready to go. I had problems with just one lug nut, but I won. Switched out the wheels and tires and my trailer was ready to roll. I have a spare at no extra cost. Rolled the tires from the delivery truck to the trailer as they were strapped together. Then rolled the two spares into the garage when I was done. One hour from delivery. It doesn't get any better than that.

Perfect Solution

I completely rebuilt my all purpose hauler from new boards, wiring, light and cleaning and painting the frame. Tires were the last item I needed. After several attempts to locate the tires at a reasonable price (hard to do nowadays) I found the tires with the exact same specs already mounted on the wheels that fit my trailer perfectly for less than it would have cost to replace the tires by themselves. It also saved me the trouble of having to take the old wheels and tires to a shop to have the old tires removed and the new ones installed.
