Absolutely 100% get this costume for your little one! My son is a year old but wears 18-24M clothes and the 18-24M fits him perfectly with some room to spare in case he needs extra layers if it's chilly Halloween Night (upstate NY so it typically is). It is not too bulky so he can walk while wearing it. The costume itself has leg snaps and a half zipper on the back. The hood, wings, and booties are all removable which is fortunate because my little guy doesn't really care for hats/hoods. It's appears durable thus far. The material is soft on the outside and silky on the inside.
