I love this bedframe! I have been using it for about 3 weeks now, and it is sturdy and looks great. It was easy to assemble and had clear instructions, we were able to assemble it in about an hour and we have never assembled a bed frame before. The bed was left outside leaning on a tree. I'm a 59 yr old disabled woman, whom lives alone, and the box was opened, and very heavy. I called customer service and asked for a solution to this problem. There were pieces on my driveway, and clearly had been damaged. Walmart customer service was so helpful, they told me to donate the bed and i would receive a complete refund, which I did. Thanks Walmart, for still caring about your customers!
