Overall a great boot

I wore these hunting in a tree stand and they are comfortable, however my toes were cold on the sole side. The temperature was single digit to teens and my toes got cold within 1 hour. Might have been the socks I was wearing but I thought these would Keep my feet warm alone and the did not.

Yet another pair of cracked rubber Chilkat's

These look great on the shelf and probably should stay there. I had the same experience with the rubber lower section cracking open so badly the side of the insert my foot was in was exposed. Happened in 25 degree weather pheasant hunting on level terrain in a dry corn field. Considering the price, something like this shouldn't happen. I expected much better quality from North Face.

Nope

Boots have been my go to walkers (not hiking in ruff terrain) in the cold Minnesota winter months but this morning I put them on and headed out the door with cracks on the lower top of my boot...very disappointed and not what I expected from a quality brand!!
