Warranty information
Besa Lighting Co., Inc. (Besa) warrants to the first end-user purchaser that each Besa product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of 12 months from the original purchase date by the end user. Besa shall have no obligation to replace or repair a defective product until the customer returns the defective product to Besa, with prior authorization, and provides a valid proof of purchase.Should a defect in material or workmanship occur within the warranted period, it will be repaired or replaced with the same functionally equivalent product or parts by Besa, at its discretion, free of charge.Besa will not honor any claim for improperly installed fixtures or when modifications have been made. No charge backs or charges for labor or materials arising from a defect will be honored without Besa???s prior consent.
