I'm using this as part of my regiment to lower my blood pressure naturally. it has a nice flavor. so far I'm noticing the drop in my blood pressure using this as part of my regiment. a drink three cups of about two tablespoons of this product a day and the taste is very very good it's a little on the bitter side but nothing that will turn you off. and the benefits would outweigh that anyway. so if you're looking for a natural product that's going to lower your blood pressure this is the tea for you. You can also use it to bake with. I made muffins with this product but soaked the pedals first. I personally take it out of the package because it's not an airtight package it doesn't have a zipper top close.
