first of all, i want to say that we all respond differently to things so our experience might not be everyone's. Two months ago we found out that my husband's total cholesterol was 290. His triglycerides 226. His ldl 206. He can't take statins and his insurance kicked out everything his doctor sent in. By sheer luck or fate or whatever you want to call it, i had a conversation with a woman who was looking for citrus bergamot bc her doctor recommended it because she couldn't take statins. I decided to get it for my husband because what could it hurt. His results today were astounding. His total cholesterol was 190. triglycerides 172. ldl 118. He has also incorporated lifestyle changes like cutting out red meat and getting more active. All steps in the right direction help..this is absolutely one of them. Buy it. It helped us tremendously and i hope it can do the same for anyone who needs it.
