This is my second purchase of this particular AC window unit and I absolutely love it. Its easy to use super quiet and gets the room cold quickly. If you are looking for a great AC this is for you.

Terrible seller, bad product

When I ordered the AC it was advertised as having a 90 day return policy. When I tried returning the product, the supplier said they only offer 30 days for Walmart customers. I would not order from this seller. Other than that, the AC is making strange sounds after 2 months of using it. I have tried messing around with it but the noise is constant. Seems like it is a defected unit and now I am stuck with it because the seller won't honor their returns. I would not recommend buying this!
