I'm all about making life easy and this pan is a non stick wonder, easily makes omelets easy to turn and no mess clean up, simply let cool and rinse and wipe clean. ….unless you live with someone who can't double check the manufacturer guide, aka my husband….or my mother-in-law! This is my second purchase within 3 years. 1. Do not hear above medium heat. 2. Do not use a scotch brute scouring pad…ever. For those reasons I bought another, just for me pan. Below are pictures of one “pretty” one that's been used for a few months. And the “not so pretty” one that we STILL use but I keep in the area that if my husband uses no big deal. All in all I'd recommend to anyone!

I'm giving it a 5 rating because it's so nice looking even though there was a very small imperfection. It's deeper than what I though and the sides aren't curved very much like a regular frying pan; but, that makes it good for a small casserole as well with the glass lid which is nice with a hefty metal handle.. The only thing I didn't like was that it had a small imperfection a long the rim of the pot. Looked like a scratch with a slight raised feel; but, wasn't sharp; so, I'm keeping it because it was hardly noticeable. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
