Damaged and Dissappointed!

I'm not to sure how this bike will perform. Upon delivery box look as it had been opened and retaped. The handy guy that came to assemble could not complete assembly. the screw pack was open, cracks throughout the bike, bent metal, no resistance to petals, rattled parts heard inside the bike. Had to rebox this damaged bike. Extremely Dissapointed. Please pick up and re-deliver a proper non-damaged bike!
