Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 PLUS UHP All Season 215/55ZR17 94W Passenger Tire

We put a new set of these tires on a 2015 Sonata Limited. It now rides better than it ever has, replacing our BF Goodrich tires with this set of Continentals. The BF Goodrich tires dry-rotted before the mileage warranty, and did not handle well from the get-go, but you won't know that until you put a real set of good tires on your car like we just did. People say you do not need a Z-rated tire for passenger cars, but I disagree. the more rubber you have on the road, and double steel sidewalls make all the difference in ride feel, handling, and grip. Even in the deep South, where we have extremely high heat in the summer, and in winter here, we can have ice on the road, with no ice mediation, and these tires are rated to handle it all. I'd recommend these tires to anyone with a mid-sized passenger car such as a Sonata, Honda, or Toyota. These tires make our Sonata ride better than it ever has. We've owned it since new in 2015. Even if it costs a bit more, do it, it's worth it. The ride feel adds so much quiet and quality handling. Purchased through Walmart, we spent less than 800 for 4 tires, including installation, using Walmart installation at $18 a tire. Be forewarned, the customer service at the tire center is dismal, I'd leave it for a day and get it back the next day if you can. They move in slow motion and are not trained in customer service, and know nothing about what's going on with your car at the front desk.
