Instructions
For aromatherapy use. Create a room mister by adding 30 drops to 1 oz. of water in a spray bottle. Great for unwinding before a nap or for a good night’s sleep. After using essential oils, immediately close caps tightly to prevent any oxidation. For best results, please store our high-quality essential oils at room temperature and in the original bottle. You should avoid storing the oils near any kind of heat, which includes cabinets over stovetops, areas with direct sunlight, and areas with excessive humidity like bathrooms.

I've trusted NOW brands for years and once again NOW brand proved to be wonderful. My wife is sleeping throughout the night and says she hasn't slept this good of felt so well rested in years. We highly recommend NOW brand Peaceful Sleet essential oil for a super restful night's sleep. I am in my 70s and have a lot of pain so I could only sleep for 2 hours at a time ! But now I put one or two drops of this peaceful sleep oil on my pillow case and now I can sleep for 5 hours at a time ! It works Great !! Love it !
