Sent half my order, wasted my time

Ordered the 2 pack Shu Uemura Ultimate Reset Masque Treatment 200ML 11/9/23, received only 1 of the 200ml containers (half the order) in a beat up box that I never even opened because it was only half the order. So I take it back within the hour it was delivered and they're looking at the crummy beat up packaging like I did it… So I have to go to Walmart, wait in line 15 minutes to do the return, then wait for it to be shipped and received to then begin the processing of my refund. No sorry here's a discount, or offer to even replace my order or just ya know.. send the other half of my order… So phone call, drive, line to return, drive home, wait for processing. I should have never ordered this.
