The physical conditioned was like new the Windows 10 Pro is taking a while to get use to. The only draw back was the unit arrived 3 days later that the promised date. Other wise I am very pleased with the product.

Great cuatomer service but returned still

We maybe had a random issue, but the battery did bit charge. Owner offered to send us a replacement battery, but I didn’t want to take a chance because only a 15-day warranty. Owner very easy to work with
