Really works for me
I have severe neck pain along with a herniated disc and I've tried a lot of pillows. All of them made my neck pain worse. The SideSleeper pro seemed slightly uncomfortable at first but after a couple uses it becomes shapable to your contours and is super comfortable. I used to wake up in pain from other pillows... now I sleep through the night. Love the "ear well" it gets the weight off your ear. I liked it so much I bought another one.

Great pillow, ACDF recovery
I love this pillow. I had ACDF surgery and after a month sleeping in my recliner wanted so badly to sleep in my bed again. I had so much pain laying on my side which is how I always sleep. Called my surgeon and his nurse said many people found this pillow helpful. I gotta say, I'm pretty thrifty and the thought of a $30 pillow really bothered me but it's been a month now and I'm so happy I bought it. I'm back in bed, next to hubby and am sleeping as soundly as I can. I have other chronic pain issues that keep me from sleeping too well but this pillow made it possible to lay on my side again and be back in my bed. In my case this pillow made the recovery process much more comfortable. I know it seems pricey but I'm back in my own bed, and can side sleep like I always have so to me it's well worth the money.
