Beautiful shimmery-ness! This palette has multiple uses, the colors are beautiful and look great on my skin (blonde hair, blue eyes, fair skin). I imagine the colors would look great on anyone, the deeper shades can be muted down with the lighter ones, so many layering possibilities!

The best way to avoid waisting the amount of flaking the palette has, dab the brush on the color/colors you're using instead of brushing through the palette color/s.
