Getting a refund is an act of Congress!!
Product was not described well so I didn't realize just how small it was. Spent over 20 minutes on the phone just to get some email that would allow me to return it. After a week, there is still no email and during the original phone call, I was kept on hold forever just for her to tell me I could get a refund. It shouldn't be this difficult to deal with this company. I've purchased things from them before, and when things go well, then they are just like most other companies. When things don't go well, they *really* don't go well. I am dreading the next phone call to them so much and this process seems archaic by today's standards.
