The cowabunga cruiser does not disappoint!

Fantastic build and a great finished product that hardly looks like it's a construction toy! This set is clearly designed for an older crowd as the instructions truncate multiple steps into one, but the instructions still span 2 booklets! The van is well designed, has all the play necessities for the party wagon (i.e. multiple doors, weapons system, cool communications station, and space to fit the whole crew). The icing on the cake is the shredder figure -- FINALLY a toy manufacture got his likeness correct AND he's SUPERBLY articulated, as is Michelangelo! The only real slight on this set is the April figure, but she's not awful. I recommend taking some rubbing alcohol to remove the printed eyelashes though. All in all it's a must-have set for ANY TMNT fan, as well as construction toy fans - just be ready for that 500pcs. count to include a lot of smaller pieces.
