A glorious replacement

I have other “twin” Zwilling knives and when, sadly, my Sabatier cleaver of some 35 years ended up with a broken handle and dull edge, I knew exactly what would replace the poor thing. Cleaver is beautiful, functional and guaranteed! Yahoo

user friendly

This is a great tool for chopping lots of meats and vegetables . It will easily chop whole chickens into pieces as well as finely slice meats and vegetables for stir fry preparations. Very sharp, durable blade. the wide body is awesome for smashing garlic and ginger. Handle is classic and comfortable.
