This is what we paid for; quality, sturdy knives. Sharper than expected. One slice will go through a thick cut, even gristle. Goodbye to sawing. I wanted to pay for quality, and so far, we're not disappointed. Order arrived very quickly, also, I'd say less than 10 days.

I have almost completed my complete set of German made Henckels. I have 4 more of these knives to complete my set. These are the best steak knives I have ever used and they look beautiful on the table. I have a complete set of serrated steak knives but I like these so much more.
