Perfect for dog hair

I just purchased this vacuum and used it once....I LOVE IT. I have 2 longhaired ( at least 5'' ) dogs. I hate when the hair wraps around the sweeper roller. I vacuumed my entire house and only had one section of hair on the roller. The sweeper kept right on cleaning the carpet unlike my last model that you had to remove the hair from the roller after each room. This is just what I wanted.

I purchased this vaccum little over 2 weeks ago. I have 2 long haired cats an 2 daughters with hair down to their waist lol. So I needed a vaccum that could really tackle that job! So I decided to give this one a shot, an it's been awesome. With The WindTunnel 3 High Performance Pet Upright has high-powered suction for active families and pets, and the QuickPass Brush Roll and Illuminating Headlight bring even more convenience to your cleaning experience. I used my old vacuum first then used my new an boy was I grossed out on what 15 mins of using this one got up after just sweeping. It was like amazing the about of stuff that was left behind. I totally recommend this vacuum to any one with pets an long haired women at home lol. An for the price it's a very good quality vaccum!

Not a "Self Propelled" Model much to my Chagrin!

Great suction once you figure out how to change between 'vacuum' and who knows what. At first it didn't pick up anything from my carpeting, then we figured out you have have to depress a pedal each and every time to get suction. Secondly, it is not self propelled and takes 'muscle power' to push unlike my replaced Wind Tunnel II that I had loved. Will have to get used to a 'work out' each time I vacuum now - wish I had realized it was NOT self propelled and required a lot of strength to push over carpeting!
