I get these overnight pull-ups for my adult handicapped daughter. These work great, as they are easy on and off (I pull the side seam to release the diaper in the morning). I highly recommend this product. My daughter is about 107 lbs, 5'2" and this size fits great

I love these pads. I changed to these because other product wasn't working. I use these for my disabled mom. It really keeps the moisture away from her skin. I put a poise pad in there too at night, but sometimes I didn't need too. I'll continue to use these.
