I get these overnight pull-ups for my adult handicapped daughter. These work great, as they are easy on and off (I pull the side seam to release the diaper in the morning). I highly recommend this product. My daughter is about 107 lbs, 5'2" and this size fits great

I like the feeling of a pant rather than a diaper with the stretch briefs, and these don't leak like the briefs do. They are comfortable to wear if I am going out during the day and I have that extra padding so I don't have accidents. A need I’m happy Walmart has at a good price.

I need to use these now since my hemopelvectomy surgery, due to a very large tumor, cancer, I had my right leg and right pelvic bone along with my right hip bone removed. My bladder won’t hold in like it used to so I need to wear these until hopefully one day I don’t. But I’ve tried others but like these the best. The widened of the padded area for me is perfect. Plus the thickness is best. They are comfortable, I don’t feel like I’m wearing a thong !!!!! I hate that feeling!!!! So yes these Tena brand types I need and definitely prefer over any others. I was getting these of Amazon but they jumped up in price so much. Thankfully WalMart sells these at a reasonable price. I need these and purchase two cases a month pretty much. I wish they were cheaper but best price I’ve seen so far so I’m glad. If anyone needs this type of adult pull-up I recommend these. I wear them during the day and night. Hoping one day I won’t need them but until then I’m happy with these and hope Walmart always has them .
