Lock would be ok if combination can be easily ...

reset. I am giving them a higher rating even though I myself, couldn't use it. I got a screwdriver with various heads and even bothered my neighbor to help me reset the combination but we were unable to, the company DID notify me and say that they could send me one with a preset combination but by that time unable to wait I purchased another lock, so their customer service is good and the price is reasonable so buy the lock and then send them an email and tell them to preset the combination before mailing it out.
