my husband %26 i have been taking these for about a yr now every morning. just as an immune booster %26 a bit of jump start on our energy fir the day. the only con i could imagine would give anyone trouble is that the caplet is a little large. so if you're not good at swallowing bigger pills, they may be a bit tough. otherwise, great qualuty for the money.
