Highland 1105100 Black Splash Guard

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have 2 of the vehicle's that these mud flaps (highland part #11051) state on the back the packaging say they fit...... Yeah right with a lot of cutting maybe. (99 4runner and 02 Silverado 2500HD).......... call the company that sold them to me, through walmart. Said there walmart division was not in. The man I spoke to was kinda helpful but still. I have to pay the shipping on the return besides jump through hoops just to start the return. So disappointed... Ill stick with Amazon from now on. I still have not found the return emails address I need to start the process. You think that would be on the Package slip, but don't worry they have their Return Instructions as they call it. It should say Return Policy. No information on how to return, no email, no number!!!!
