Ahead Armor Cases Padded Fleece Cajon Cushion

The product is great. Exactly as I expected (I have purchased this item twice previously to give to others). The problem was late shipment issues along with Walmart's and Musician's Friend's lack of responsiveness. First off, don't use Walmart.com if you really want to talk to a live customer representative. I was made aware that the item would arrive late. That same day, I ordered from a different online company who could get the item to me on time. I reached out to Walmart to cancel my order and was told I couldn't do that and that it would require contacting them again to get a return authorization number, then I would have to take it to UPS or arrange a pickup. Miraculously, once I reached out and told them I was going to return it, low and behold, it arrived on time. That meant I had two, then in turn, I had to make arrangements to return one. No one from Walmart said they were sorry, here's a gift certificate for your trouble, nothing. Oh, I was told they hoped I was happy with the product. Too many other people selling the same product to use Walmart.com again.
