good and solid, looks good and should do a good job of smash protection. having two people for installation would be recommended, i didn't and used a rope over a truss 2x4 to hold it up for attachment, worked well.

Just 2 months after installing this grill guard. I hit a deer on my wY home from work. I hit it so hard the deer slid 50 feet down the road. Vehicle suffered very minimal cosmetic damage. A small hole in bumper cover, slightly bent right front fender where guard hit it, the grill guard itself was bent, and a scuffed headlight. But the main thing, the vehicle was drivable after the collision. While the body shop estimated the damage to be $1500-$2000, he told me the damage would have been double to triple that amount had the grill guard not been there. Great job Westin for building a product that protected my front end!!!
