Amazing power of nature
I am not a fan of raw kale in my normal cooking, but adding the kale powder does make it easy to eat this great superfood. The benefit I noticed immediately was a flushing of inflammation so I have continued mixing it into my morning smoothie for the antioxidants and all of the health benefits that come with a wide variety of food sources.

I read that kale is a super food, but I don't like eating fresh kale. Moreover, it's expensive to buy fresh kale here. I love to have this kale in powder form. I like to add this into yogurt to make smoothie. The taste is wonderful.
