It does have really good taste in texture. You can actually see the seeds throughout the bread and around the crust of the bread. It's really good when you toast it in the oven spray it with your butter spray or put butter on it and toast it. oh it's so crispy and crunchy. It tastes so divine. The only downfall that I found you can't leave it out of the refrigerator cause it will go and get fuzzy on you but apart that it was an awesome loaf of bread and yes, it's a little coffee it does have really good taste in texture. This is REAL bread made from REAL ingredients. It doesn't take a degree in chemistry to figure out what you're eating. This bread has an excellent flavor and a decent texture. The thinner slices reduce both the calories and the carbohydrates of your sandwiches. The seeds on the crust lend a nice, satisfying crunch. Although it's a little pricey, you're worth it.
