Bad Customer Service and Wrong Description
I ordered this computer specifically as it was advertised on walmart.com as having Windows 7 Pro as the OS. When I received the computer it had Windows 10 as the operating system. If I had wanted win10 I could have got a better deal from another walmart.com advertiser. I immediately called their customer service for help and their attitude was, "Yes the description on walmart.com was wrong, too bad. Keep it or return it." All I got was excuse, after excuse, after excuse. They didn't apologize. They took no real responsibility for their error and they refused to do anything to correct the problem or ameliorate the situation. Just basically, "Tough luck, go away." Walmart should remove all of their advertisements from walmart.com Nothing but a huge waste of my time.
