Awful Customer Service

This is a good looking table, but the one I received has two drawers that do not open. Thus, I can't install the 2 knobs on the front. I've contacted the vendor three times in the past week to see about a replacement, and they will not return my emails or phone calls. I'm afraid I may have wasted my money. Very disappointed.
