The Global Series Percussion Beaters are offered in pairs and designedfor use with a number of different world percussion instruments.Constructed of 1" red oak, the GL-1 is designed for use on West Africandrums such as the dundun, sanba, or kenkeni. These beaters are alsoexcellent for soca patterns on congas and for large Japanese Taikodrums. The GL-2 is also constructed of red oak, but in a 5/8" diameter.These beaters work well on West African krin or slit drums, and on thesmaller Japanese Taiko drums.
