VERY Nice Frame

This is the second frame I have ordered from Art to Frames. Frame arrived quickly & in excellent condition due to secure packaging. The wood color matched the frame color shown on line exactly. Ordered another frame yesterday for an antique poster which will be displayed in the meeting room of the fire house. VRTY Satisfied with Art to Frames service and products.

Not what i expected

First my order took sooo long to be processed. I contacted customer service and within two days it was in process of being shipped. When I removed the frame from the box several pieces of wood were coming off the side of the frame. I got a splinter handeling it just out of the box. With how much i paid for this i would think it would be better quality. Very disappointed.
